All Sales Are Final
Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each punchbox is carefully crafted and made to order, so please double-check your selections before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t quite right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right—whether that means a replacement or a refund.

Missing Packages
If your package shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please first check with neighbors or your local post office. Still missing? Let us know and we’ll do our best to help track it down.
